TUESDAY 8th DECEMBER: DANCE, CHELLO AND A GREAT MUSICIAN HOST TOO!

Tomorrow Tuesday we'll have our next baby-toddler-elderly concert with even more music than usual since our host is a musical host too... Curious! Join us!!! 

Hereby the details:

What:  babies and toddlers join the elderly of our neighbourhood to enjoy the beautiful live music played by professional musicians. 

For who: Specially thought for babies and young toddlers with their (grand)parents. 

When:  Tuesday 8th at 11.00 (last 30-45 minutes depending on our audience!)
Instruments: Dance with Kristien Sonnewijlle and Cello with Gábor Hartyáni. 

Host: Ibbo Bakker (guitar)

Where: KLINKER Borgerstraat 45, Amsterdam

Entrance: FREE 

The concerts: As always they will be participative and afterwards the children are welcome to play around with the musical instruments. Having said that, please take care that your children don't begin to play the musical instruments too early... 

Do you love taking photos/videos? Great! You would help us BIG TIME simply by sending us the photos or videos you made so we can show them to our sponsor ... and maybe put them on the site so people can see what is all about (an image is worth 1000 words, right?). Thanks already for the photos you send, I'll be adding them up on the blog when Luca sleeps (oioioiiiii, that never happens!).

FRIDAY 28th FREE BABY-ELDERLY CONCERT

Today was the last concert of our "Klein & Groot Summer Free Concerts". As closure we had a wonderful TRIO: Carlos Guerrero Carlos Guerrero (piano),  Kyra Philippi (viola) and Florien Hamer (cello).  Together they offered us a wonderful selection of animal songs.

We hope to keep going this beautiful project very soon. I leave to Barcelona for 9 months but in the mean time, I'll do my best to keep it going on! 

Oh, yes! Thanks for leaving this review on the Vondelstede book (it wasn't our book, but we apreciate it even more! :-)

TUESDAY 5TH MAY 4rd FREE BABY-ELDERLY CONCERT

Today, 5th of May, we had our 4rd free "Klein&Oud gratis concert". This time in the Klinker thery were busy with the preparation of the "Bevrijdingsdag" so we went to a different room. 

We all enjoyed the performance of  Gábor Hartyáni (cello) and  Kristien Sonnevijlle (dance).

TUESDAY 17th FEBRUARY FREE BABY-ELDERLY CONCERT

What: 1st Baby Elderly Concert

When: Tuesday, 17th February 2015, 11.00
Why: Children love to be surrended by elderly and music.What if we have it all?

For who: Specially thought for toddlers (12M+) with their parents or grandparents. 

Instruments: Violin, by Eduard Marcet and Cello by Judith Groen

Entrance: FREE

The concert: As always it will be participative and will last around 30 minutes. It will be a mix of children songs and Classical music. Program will come soon! If you have any especific desires, please feel free to contact us!

Avui en començat el primer concert pels nostres petits! L'Octavi ha vingut amb el seu violoncel a deleitar les orelletes i les manetes juganeres de la Nina, la Júlia, l'Alba i en Luca. Com que erem poquets, el concert ha tingut lloc a casa dels avis del Luca i en acabar hem sortit a la terrassa a jugar!
